Annual Business Meeting Plans Announced

The Annual Business Meeting of the Society will take place on Monday, 4 May from 6:00–7:00 PM in Regency V Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Atlanta (GA). As a not-for-profit association, STC is required by New York law to have an Annual Business Meeting of members. Minutes are labeled as “draft” until they are approved by the membership at the subsequent business meeting; once approved, they are changed so that the word “draft” is removed. Annual Business Rules describe the procedures used for any particular meeting; when the rules or STC’s Bylaws are not specific on a certain point Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised prevail.
