Toronto, Ontario Community

The Toronto, Ontario Community, formerly the Toronto Chapter, was formed in 1959 and currently has almost 250 members.

The Twin Cities Community provides user documentation and training guides for a variety of industries including finance, insurance, manufacturing, biomedical engineering, and more.

Washington, DC - Metro Baltimore

Washington, DC - Metro Baltimore

Washington, DC and Baltimore metropolitan areas

 The Washington, DC Chapter was chartered in December 1955. It merged with the Metro Baltimore chapter in 2011. The chapter is managed by volunteers who serve as officers, committee managers, and committee members. The chapter provides education, networking, and job placement assistance services to technical communication professionals and employers in the Washington, DC and Baltimore metropolitan areas.

Willamette Valley

Founded in 1975, the Willamette Valley Chapter (WVC) serves members in Oregon and southwestern Washington. When we wrote our current mission statement in 2006, Oregon had two STC chapters: Willamette Valley and Mid-Valley. Today, only STC Willamette Valley remains active and hopes to serve all Oregon and southwestern Washington members equally.
