STC is a professional association that advances the arts and sciences of technical communication. The NorthBay Chapter serves technical communicators in Telecom Valley and includes Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and other counties in Northern California.
Although the NorthBay Chapter is among the smallest chapters within STC's Region 8 and has existed only since 1994, technology continues to grow in our area. It has opportunities for interaction and creativity that a larger chapter might not afford.
