Policies and Procedures Task Force
Mission
- Develop a Web-based approach to presenting policies and procedures that takes advantage of online documentation features so that users can easily find the latest policy and procedural information.
Goals/Milestones
- Develop a set of personas and scenarios that describe the major users for STC policy and procedures.
- Identify the scope of the content that should be included.
- Design an information architecture that would accommodate the defined users and the scoped content.
- Design a limited prototype and test the prototype with typical users.
