Membership Services Manager
Working in membership is about supporting the needs of our members. My goal for the membership department is to ensure that we are providing excellent service and helping people take advantage of the full range of benefits STC can provide. Our members deserve to have the best support possible to help promote and advance their careers and I will do everything I can to ensure that we are taking care of those needs.
Before Megan McBroom came to STC, she worked at the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) as a member services associate. Her work with school staff focused on providing timely responses to resolve issues and ensure that members were taking advantage of all of their benefits and opportunities, as well as contributing to the organization’s growth, retention, and marketing efforts.
Megan is a graduate of James Madison University with a BA in communication studies and English. She also attended graduate school at American University, where she received an MA from the School of International Service. In her free time, Megan enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and trying out new restaurants.
