- LDRPS has two classes of users
- BCP Administrators, who understand Business Continuity Planning, use the system frequently, and are expected to master it. Creating plans is central to their jobs.
- Corporate personnel who are required to build just a few plans. They typically know nothing about BCP. Creating plans is peripheral to their jobs. These are the majority of the product’s users.
- We train the administrators. They, in turn, train their users.
