In this presentation we’ll look at

• the coach we built in Phase One. We named him Plan Assistant, but everyone wound up calling him Fred. Fred, as you’ll see, is a classic Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS).

• sketches towards Phase Two, which we’re currently calling Planbooks. At this writing, Planbooks is still on the drawing boards. It will introduce an interactive approach to performance support that we believe our users will find astonishingly easy to use and goes beyond EPSS to Performance-Centered Design (PCD).
