The How To button leads to assistance on how to use the product. We called this “performance support.”
The View Guidelines button leads to additional information the administrator wants the user to know. Like the task list and the information on Fred’s first panel, this is domain knowledge. We called the domain knowledge we provided “knowledge support.”
