- The user’s starting point will be a “note page” which will serve four functions:
1. It modularizes tasks so that a user always makes a short series of easy selections.
2. When a user selects a task, it gets the user started in performing it.
3. When a user proceeds through a task, the information on the note page can change, dynamically, to provide just enough information, at just the right time, to make the task appear easy.
4. The note page also displays the same type of knowledge support that Fred provided.
