One of the incorporating principles of the Society is to "guide and inform students and to aid colleges and universities in the establishment of curricula for training in the arts and sciences of technical communication."

STC provides support to teachers and students of technical communication through programs, scholarships, grants and loans, annual conferences, and seminars. The Society also provides information about events and courses related to technical communication.

  1. Edit or add the institution to the database and save the record.
  2. Edit or add the individual programs offered by the institution and save each record. An institution will not appear on the search page until at least one program has been added to the institution's record.

When you add a program to your institutional record, you are asked to identify program delivery: onsite and/or online. Select the online category only if the program can be completed entirely online. If your program includes both onsite and online courses, you may select the onsite category.

We hope you will take a few minutes to add your institution to the STC Academic Database. If you have any questions about the database, please contact STC Academic Liaison Committee member Sally Henschel.
