Bindu Nayar is a lead technical writer with Novell and has about 12 years' experience in protocol and developer documentation. In addition to a primary role of authoring, she also specializes in project management activities. She is currently working on developing documentation for security products.
Bhavana Mohan is an MBA graduate currently working as a technical writer with Novell and has over five years of experience in the IT industry. Before moving into technical writing she worked as a human resources professional. Her area of specialization in documentation is security products.
Their interest in open source tools led them to discovering Alfresco and using it in the form of a pilot project.
