Presenter Biography

Marta Rauch is a principal information developer at Oracle, where she leads the Planning ID team and participates in corporate gamification initiatives. Drawing on her experience working at two major game companies, she is passionate about helping technical communicators get their game on. Marta has presented at many conferences in the United States and Europe, and published articles in STC’s Intercom and the Center for Information Development Management’s Best Practices. With over 20 years of experience in technical communication, she has received 15 STC awards for individual and team projects at the local, national, and international level. An STC senior member and mentor for the Silicon Valley Chapter, Marta holds a BA from Stanford University, a teaching credential, and a Certificate in Managing the Development of Technical Communication.
