Presenter Biography
Louellen Coker holds a master of arts degree in technical communication from the University of North Texas and a bachelor of arts degree from Baylor University. Once she started her graduate degree, it didn't take long for her to realize that this is exactly where she belongs: in the world of writing. She loves it so much, she founded her own company based on helping clients effectively communicate their desired message within their own businesses and with their communities through print, design, and the Web.
She is an active council member and former president of the Lone Star Community of STC, an Associate Fellow of STC, and served as the President of the Women Business Owners of Denton County in both 2008 and 2009. She is also a member of IEEE Professional Communication Society, National Association of Photoshop Professionals, InDesign Users Group, and DFW Search Engine Marketers. She also served as the Public Relations chairperson on the Family Resource Center of North Texas Board of Directors from 2007 through 2009 and currently serves on the Denton County Adoption Day Committee.
