Certification
The STC Board of Directors approved a performance-based certification plan at the 2010 Summit in Dallas, Texas. Since then, a committee chaired by former Boston Chapter President and STC Director Steven Jong and advised by STC CEO Kathryn Burton has been working on several fronts to implement the program.
