The Berkeley, California, chapter of the Society for Technical Communication was founded in 1987 and has a current membership of approximately 120.
Although we meet in Birmingham, our membership is diverse and includes people from Central Alabama to the Gulf and from Mississippi to Georgia.
BGSU Student Chapter, started in 1983, has always been a leader among student chapters in the international society both through local activities and the members' involvement in the international STC.
