- I'm a hydrid web designer/tech writer based in Charlotte, NC. Charlotte means banking, so a great deal of my work has been devoted to building documentation for financial IT systems. I'm passionate about the benefits of user-centered design, which means that I'm the guy in the meeting who usually speaks up with some variation of "Have we tested this with any users yet?"
