STC Community Funding and Budgeting
As the current year comes to a close, it’s time to start planning for 2012. On Thursday, 13 October, from 1:00pm-2:00pm EDT(GMT-4), STC Chief Financial Officer Greg Larsen and STC Treasurer Aiessa Moyna will review the community funding model, as well as walk through the budgeting process for chapters and SIGs for the coming year. Topics will include:
· Society funding guidelines for SIGs and chapters
· Process for requesting funding for 2012
· The new, streamlined budget template
· Due date for budgets, plus other important milestones
· Resources available to assist community leaders
The presentation will include time for your questions.
