While Agile project management is being adopted rapidly in many organizations, project managers are finding that the traditional organizational setting is not conducive to being agile.
Project managers are realizing that they must challenge the organizational status quo. In this session, Anita will discuss the organizational set up; working methods, tools, and workspace that they need to negotiate for their Agile projects to succeed.

About Anita Dhir
Anita is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University for the Project Management Certification program. She has served on the Board of Directors of both the NYC and Westchester PMI chapters. She was instrumental in the creation and growth of the widely regarded PMINYC's Career Development Network program in 2001.
