Communicating effectively may be challenging for people in urgent care settings. The effectiveness of each person’s communication may contribute to the quality of healthcare one receives. Please join me as I demonstrate how to anticipate content for data base forms and survey materials prior to urgent healthcare needs. In two scenarios, I share with you a journaling strategy as a “communication dance” that keeps everyone up–to–date on facts as they change during the healthcare process.
