Should this group be private?

One of the selections available to us is between private and public. I see no real advantage to making the group private.
Nobody is likely to be on this site unless they are an STC member or interested in STC. There are advantages to opening our site to such folks, and no real downside that I can see.

You will need to be a member of this group first before you can post a reply.
Making the group public would provide a wider reach to all STC members about the chapter's activities, provide another avenue for publicizing upcoming events, and help support the theme of "the friendly chapter."
