Hello - I was wondering if anyone in this group has taken the STC online course "Technical Editing Fundamentals" and if so what you thought of it. Some questions:

- Did it cover what you expected?

- Would you recommend it?

- Any pros/cons

Hi, Bea -- I have not taken this course, so I can't comment on its content...however, I did attend a fine presentation about levels of edit that Linda and Michelle delivered at the Summit 2011 conference in May. Both of them are experienced editors with impressive expertise in the discipline of editing.
