I'm not sure anything can be guaranteed, but getting the approval in writing might be helpful. Getting approval in incremental portions as content is developed may be useful also. We've had cases where our customer (prime contractor) agreed with the content, but their ultimate customer (U.S. Army) thought otherwise when validating the manual. oye.
