Hi, Rick.
Nice job on the newsletter.
How did you create your link in the post above? I did mine manually with an html <a> tag. Is that how you did yours as well?
Cheers, Gwen
Hi Gwendolynee:
You're correct... tags (sometimes) have to be created by hand. But in other areas (such as when creating an event) you can cut/paste or use the editor shortcuts. And, still other edit areas have a quasi-WYSIWYG interface.
If you think that all this is highly confusing, and that MySTC should have a single, easy-to-use editing interface, (and if you feel it would be helpful if there were "help" pages for MySTC), please add your support and comments to this item: https://getsatisfaction.com/sfortc/topics/which_items_allow_what_formatting (note that this was first identified as an issue 9+ months ago).

I really think we only need a *single* group for newsletters.

I have asked multiple times to have this information ported to the new STC.org site. If you agree, please add your voice to the GetSatsifaction feedback site: http://getsatisfaction.com/sfortc
Additionally, I have requested that all this information be added to each community's group page. Unfortunately, I was told that this too is not possible. However, as a workaround, group owners can add this information to their group's description, as illustrated here: http://stc.org/mystc/groups/viewgroup/20-Carolina
Nice list, Rick. It would be great to add an active tag. Sadly, some of the chapters listed are no longer around... the Netherlands, for example.
How many more are out there? Does anyone know?
The full list of newsletters *used* to be on the old STC wiki (see http://stc-carolina.org/stcwiki/index.php?title=STC_Community_Data for a FROZEN copy, hosted by the Carolina Chapter.

Wow thanks Gwendolynne. I wonder if headquarters has an exhaustive list anywhere? Maybe we should start one.
Lots of great newsletters here. Also, check out the Northeast Ohio chapter newsletter: http://www.neostc.org/cms/index.php/line-and-letters.html
