Dana Aubin is a Senior Consultant at Comtech Services with almost 20 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, and information modeling. She is based in Denver, Colorado, and enjoys gluten-free baking, teaching her old dog new tricks, and giving history tours at her local cemeteries.

Rahel Anne Bailie, FSTC, FISTC

Rahel Anne Bailie, FSTC, FISTC, is Content Solutions Director at Technically Write IT, a content consultancy based in Ireland. She advises companies wanting to solve their content problems for business impact. TWi provides a range of services that spans content strategy, content operations, language, learning, and content production services.

Aaron Davidson is a Senior Product Content Engineer and Product Owner at ServiceNow with 14 years in the TechPubs community.

Susan Kelley

Susan Kelley is a Senior Technical Content Strategist at Medidata. She holds two MAs in English, from Carnegie Mellon and Duquesne Universities. She is the author of “Have a Pint at the Tech Pub,” and lives in Baltimore with her two dogs and her kayaks.

Suzanne Kelchner

Suzanne Kelchner has been the Senior Manager of Procore Technologies for 2 years, transforming a small team into a powerhouse. She believes that a technical writer’s main job is to translate technical jargon into common English so that tech docs make sense. Suzanne’s been in technical writing over 20 years. She spent the majority of that time in an Agile software environment. Suzanne also loves to travel to visit her children, often working remotely from any time zone in the continental US. When she’s not working, she’s gardening or hiking.

Jessica Kreger

Jessica Kreger has led technical communications and marketing communications teams that educate and empower customers across the world. With 25 years of experience in diverse industries, she has worked for universities, global businesses, and start-ups. Most recently she directed content marketing for Kelvin AI and Bitcoin IRA,  managed technical content marketing for TradeStation, and developed software documentation for Dell. Her education includes a M.A. in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon and a B.A. in English from Penn State. Jessica is an Associate Fellow and Senior Member of the STC, a Certified Professional Technical Communicator, and a technical communication mentor.

Beth Lemesany

Beth Lemesany is the manager of the Product Content Engineering team at ServiceNow with 12 years in the TechPubs community. Beth and her team are dedicated to driving innovation at ServiceNow to enhance how internal partners reuse content so that customers can have a consistent experience across ServiceNow web properties, while enhancing the documentation writing and build processes for ServiceNow content creators.
