An Introvert's Journey to Leadership

Many technical communicators are introverts who may feel unsuited or unequipped for leadership. They may feel stymied in how to take that next step that will increase their influence and improve their visibility. The speaker will describe his leadership journey from a dedicated but shy team member to a recognized effective leader at the local and international level. The speaker will share the key steps he took and the experiences that have helped him become a successful leader.
