CONTENT MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY DIFFUSION AND ADOPTION CHALLENGES

This presentation elucidates some of the challenges work groups face attempting to adopt content management technologies. Based on the results of an extensive case study and research in the field of technology transfer, the presenter describes how work groups and technology developers can better plan for technology diffusion projects.
