Any writing follows a set of ideals. As technical communicators, we try to plan well and then execute the plan. This session guides you through a sample DITA project.
A sample project plan is delivered, approved, and executed. Along the way, you see how to create topics (such as tasks, concepts, and references), create a map to manage the hierarchy of topics, develop links between topics, and implement proper DITA reuse.
The goal is to show you that, when planned and properly executed, a basic DITA project can be pretty easy from start to end. We'll even provide the demo files to accompany the finished project so that you can try the work on your own. Show and tell, followed by a chance to actually *do*!
