You may have been asked to mentor someone new to the profession, whether as a part of your jon, or because you have a reputation for being good at your job. You might have been asked to train coworkers who are new to the profession or specific industry. With the right attitude and approach, you can develop newcomers into solid, skilled practitioners who are a credit to the profession. In this webinar, you will learn:

  • Why you should mentor and who benefits
  • What mentors and mentees should know
  • How to nurture new and junior writers without overwhelming them

We all learn from making mistakes, but it is in everyone's best interest if you keep the newcomers from making drastic mistakes. You can help them become functional and productive more quickly and wil less pain on both sides.
