Part 4 in Video Series: Distributing Training and Help Videos: If You Build It, Will They Come?

You’ve gone through all the steps to create a training video, but one question remains: how do you make that new video available to customers? In this presentation, we will discuss the questions that need to be answered in order to place videos in the hands of your customers. Several output options are available and you need to ask yourself who is going to watch the videos and what kinds of devices will be used to display them. Are customers watching videos from their phones or tablets? Are they watching them at work on desktops and laptops?

Once you know how customers will access the content, the videos need to be distributed. Are they going to be included in a help system? Are they available on the web? Do you need to restrict access? Also, how are you going to let customers know that this new content exists? Do you just hope they stumble across it?

Once you answered the tough questions and videos are available for customers, how do you know if anyone is using them? A substantial investment has been made and, at some point, the question is going to be asked, “Is anyone using this stuff?”

Join us in this webinar and learn the answers to these questions.
