Team Collaboration through Content Journeys
It’s hard work getting people to change. Without the right motivation to change, people would rather stick to what they know, even if the status quo is more painful, ineffective, and unsatisfying. Like all strategic conversations, understanding your current situation and determining the readiness for change in your organization is an important first step in getting things done. This presentation highlights how to bring teams together around content via customer journeys to bring a shared vision for your content. Through this approach, you can identify gaps in your current content and highlight opportunities to build a content mix that meets both business and audience goals.
Key takeaways
- How to use audience research to build content requirements
- Why it’s important to understand your organisations readiness for change
- How to plan and structure a content mapping session with your stakeholders (as well as explaining the benefits to them)

I registered for a webinar and/or an online course, but cannot attend at that time. Will I receive a refund?
If a registered attendee is unable to attend a webinar and/or an online course, the cost is transferable to a future event, but is not refundable. Online registration closes one-two business days before the education event begins.
I want to take a specific course that isn't listed online. Will it be offered in the future?
STC rotates its courses every year as we try to offer the most popular ones within the first half of the year. Online courses are subject to change or are offered more than once per quarter. If a course is not listed, STC will offer it again in the following year.
