LAST DAY for “Really Early Bird” Registration for the 2010 Summit

Today (15 January) is the LAST DAY to take advantage of the “Really Early Bird” registration rate for STC’s 2010 Summit, taking place 2-5 May in Dallas, TX! Attendees can save $300 over the regular rate—pay just $695 if you register today and take advantage of everything Summit has to offer. (This registration is not refundable but is transferable.)

As announced previously, Erin McKean has accepted STC Honorary Fellow and will be the Keynote Speaker. McKean was most recently Chief Consulting Editor, American Dictionaries for Oxford University Press, and was the editor in chief of the New Oxford American Dictionary, 2e, among many other credentials. You can read more about her on the new conference website.

STC’s 2010 Summit will include over 80 sessions in nine different tracks, with preconference educational opportunities available as well. (Click here to view the Preliminary Program—continuously being updated.) The EXPO Hall will be open Sunday evening, Monday, and Tuesday. And once again, there will also be a free post-conference farewell luncheon to close the conference.

Included in conference registration is STC’s SUMMIT@aClick, available only to registrants. SUMMIT@aClick offers most conference sessions as MP3 files, audio synched to PowerPoint and video synched to PowerPoint. STC’s Summit is the only meeting in the technical communication field that offers this added bonus.

Don’t miss idea exchange networking, SIG meetings, certificate opportunities, and much more. Visit STC’s conference website to register today and get the “Really Early Bird” rate.
