Summit and Social Media: Twitter, ScribbleLive, and More

If you’re attending this year’s Summit, we’d like to invite you to blog and tweet about your time in Dallas. Check out the signs at STC Central and around the hotel for news on tweetups too! And if you can’t attend the Summit, you can follow along in a variety of ways.

Those of you on Twitter, include hashtag #stc10 in your conference-related tweets. For those not attending, we have a widget on the main conference website that will collect all tweets to that hashtag and display them together. We’ll keep that online after the conference for as long as Twitter stores the tweets.

You can also follow @stc2010 for conference-related information on Twitter, including announcements, event information, and late-breaking news. Follow @stc_org for news about the Society for Technical Communication.

The conference will also be in the blogosphere. In addition to periodic postings from Dallas on STC’s Notebook, we’ll be on ScribbleLive. All attendees are invited to blog about their experiences, and all non-attendees are welcome to come along for the ride! See the Social Media page on the conference website for all the links to ScribbleLive.
