  1. Credit where credit is due: The “Ten Proven Reasons for Certification” article, which I recommend to everyone, was actually written by Bill Pacino of the STC Certification committee and offered to the chapter and SIG newsletters.

  2. For the past 2 months, I’ve been reading the Links of Interest every Friday. I look forward to my “professional development” lunch hour on Fridays. It’s a terrific way to stay on top of industry trends and new technologies. Thank you so much for this service – it’s a very convenient current awareness service for tech writers who don’t have enough time to do the research themselves. This week’s post is particularly interesting because I’ve been thinking about how to introduce Wikis to my company. Thanks for the tips and leads.
