IDL SIG Presents Storyboarding 101 Webinar on 19 April

Have you ever written a storyboard only to have the developed course look very different from what you envisioned? Or, have you ever wondered what to include in a storyboard and how to write it so developers can use it easily to create the course? If you answered “Yes” to either of these questions, then join the Instructional Learning & Design SIG for the webinar E-Learning: Storyboarding 101, presented by Jane MacKenzie on Thursday, 19 April, from 1:30-3:00 PM EDT (GMT-4), for answers to those questions and many more. You'll learn:

  • Why a storyboard is important
  • What to include in a storyboard
  • Template and layout options
  • How to write a storyboard with clear instructions

You'll also receive a free template for your future use. Come experience this presentation if you want to know:

  • How to decide on a design approach that works
  • How to determine which tools will best serve your needs
  • How to determine when more than one tool might be necessary
  • How to cut through the hype!

The cost is $20 for IDL SIG members, $30 for other STC members, and $50 for nonmembers, and you can register online at https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/400633910.
