MindTouch once again has released its list of the top 100 influencers in technical communication, and @stc_org is on the list. Last year we checked in at number 5, but this year we've moved up a notch to #4!
According to the MindTouch blog post announcing the list, “We used the nifty Twitter search and reporting service Little Bird to compile lists of the 100 most engaged and connected people.”
Also on the list is @STC_Summit, the official Twitter account of STC's annual conference, coming in at number 19. A large amount of the list is taken up by STC members as well, including STC President Alan Houser, guest blogger Ellis Pratt, certificate course presenter Sharon Burton, and many others.
A number of our communities are well represented too, including Chicago, the AccessAbility SIG, Southern California, the Technical Editing SIG, Washington DC-Baltimore, Alberta, Rochester, Carolina, Rocky Mountain, and the Europe SIG.
