This can be an effective method of preserving and strengthening chapters and continuing to serve members when membership numbers are declining. The session will describe the mutual benefits of mergers, including strengthening leadership and possible financial benefits. It will describe some of the problems you may experience and suggest methods to avoid them. It will also give a brief overview of the actual process of merging chapters, including the requirement for Board approval. Handouts will be available.
