Meet STC’s New Member Services Manager, Erin Gallalee

For those of you who have recently contacted STC for your customer service questions, you may have already spoken with our newest staff member, Erin Gallalee! She will be STC’s main contact for your membership and customer service needs, as well as your onsite registration contact during the 2017 Annual Summit.

Erin brings 13 years of association experience working both in membership and registration. Her last position was with the American Alliance of Museums, in Arlington, VA, where she worked as their Member Services and Registration Manager for over ten years.

“I am really excited to have Erin on board as our new Member Services Manager,” said STC Interim COO Stacey O’Donnell. “She has tons of experience working for associations and membership departments, in many different capacities. I’ve been very impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile for STC members as well as contribute good ideas for improving STC benefits and services. I can’t say enough nice things about Erin. She was the right choice for our membership department and I am excited to work with her.”

Erin was born and raised in the Washington, DC area and currently lives in Alexandria, VA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, sightseeing near and far, visiting museums, and is active in the local theater community.
