The 2020 Summit offers several preconference workshops options on Sunday, 17 May, including a full-day Design Thinking workshop with Andrea Ames.

If you’ve got a challenge, Design Thinking is an excellent approach to finding the very best solution. In this full-day, hands-on, experiential workshop, Andrea will facilitate participants to operate as a single team and identify one or more solutions to a fun challenge area that will be relevant to all. We’ll go high-tech with virtual sticky notes to take advantage of our remote situation, and Andrea will discuss the best ways for in-person teams to get the most from the process using low-tech tools, as well.

Watch this video to learn more about Design Thinking, and what you can expect to gain from participating in this dynamic preconference event.
