Connie Giordano


Connie Giordano is one-half of INKtopia Limited, publishers of TechWhirl, which covers content, communication and customer experience for professional practitioners and management, via a growing website, and the most active email discussion and online community in technical communications. She maintains a dual role as Executive Editor of TechWhirl, and consultant/content services provider via INKtopia.

Connie has spent more than 25 years in technical and marketing communications roles, ranging from advertising copywriter, to technical publications manager, to content strategist (among others) for some of the largest and smallest organizations imaginable. She holds a Master of Arts, Organizational Communication, from Queens University. In addition to her writing and editing duties at TechWhirl, Connie currently works as a consultant for a large financial services firm, providing content and knowledge management strategy and execution within the firm’s IT infrastructure organization. Her industry background includes stints in retail, software development, electronics, telecommunications, media & publishing, association management, and non-profits.
