David Rumsey
President, American Translators Association
David Rumsey is the current president of the American Translators Assoction 2015-2017. David has been involved in the language industry since 1990 as a translation project manager for Polyglot International (now RWS) and LinguaNet, Inc., a localization manager for Retek and Oracle Retail and a freelance technical translator, specializing in the Scandinvian techical documentation. As President of the American Translators Association, David represents over 10,000 translators, interpreters and language professionals across all 50 states, with members in over 85 countries.
