Gary Muddyman

Gary founded Conversis in 2003 with the idea of advancing the understanding and use of localisation and translation as a strategic business tool. Prior to his localisation career, Gary spent 16 years at HSBC Asset Finance U.K. Ltd where he led product, marketing, commercial and business development divisions.  He is a previous Chair of GALA the leading trade association in the localization industry and regularly speaks on all aspects of commercial globalisation.  Gary is an advisor to the APPG on Modern Languages and sits on the advisory board of two translation charitable organizations, The Rosetta Foundation and Translators without Borders
