Dr. Jennifer Goode uses evaluation, instructional design, and content management strategies to support employee and customer information needs in the context of organizational change and development.
Dr. Goode has nearly 20 years of experience in instructional design, computer-based training, and strategic content design, development, and deployment. She has served as an online learning consultant, co-directed the world’s oldest online master’s program, and taught as an online instructor since 2005. Dr. Goode has served private, government, and higher education organizations in the areas of computer-based training, online course management, document production and management, strategic content development, data management, project planning, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
Dr. Goode is an instructor in the Department of Technical Communication at Mercer University in Macon, GA. At Mercer, she teaches courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs within the Department of Technical Communication. She is the faculty advisor for the Society of Women Engineers and a Senior Member in the Society for Technical Communication
