Julie Dwyer is Lead Technical Writer at Cisco Systems, Inc. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire, and she studied technical communication at Kennesaw State University.
She has worked in technical communication for over a decade. Her projects have included online help, PDF guides, UX content, website design, and training. Whether through writing or design, she loves to translate the puzzle of technology into simple instructions.
Julie is a senior member of STC. Recently, she worked with the 65th Anniversary Task Force for the 2018 STC Technical Communication Summit & Expo, and she served as moderator for the 65th Anniversary Town Hall Meeting.
