Ken Cook is President, CEO and Chairman of Ken Cook Co., a leading technical communication business with a staff of 50 professionals in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The theme is Innovation in Technical Communication. The company produces and replicates technical manuals, mobile apps and training programs for major manufacturers, including Volvo, BoatUS, John Deere and Bobcat Doosan. The company develops operator safety training programs in generic as well as customized versions in learning management systems.

A Fellow and Past President of the Society for Technical Communication in 1982-83. At the local chapter level, Ken served as a mentor for several entry technical communicators and was recognized with the Distinguished Service Award.

Technology.

He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue

University and a MBE degree in Business Economics from

Claremont Graduate University (Drucker School of Management
