Kim Viano

Kim is a respected editorial leader in the Knowledge Management Solutions (KMS) group at LinkedIn. She drives standardization with two robust initiatives: 1) Editorial Strategy and 2) Quality Program. Kim also facilitates communication, training, and guidance for 29+ Content Strategists and 100+ partners, stakeholders, and leaders. She honed her expertise at top companies including LinkedIn, Yahoo!, and Disney.

Kim is also the Wisdom Employee Resource Group/NAMER Comms Lead. She works to bring over 1,000 members and allies of diverse ages together across the company to ensure LinkedIn is a place that works for everyone regardless of age.

Kim is best known for getting stuff done, cultivating strong relationships, and her love of learning.
