Kristin Bivens

Kristin Marie Bivens is the scientific editor at the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine at the University of Bern in Switzerland. She is also an associate professor of English at Harold Washington College—One of the City Colleges of Chicago (on leave AY 2020-2022); her scholarship examines the circulation of information from expert to non-expert audiences in critical care contexts (e.g., intensive care units, sudden cardiac arrest, and opioid overdose).
