Steve Manning is a writer, manager, trainer, Information Architect, DITA Architect, Content Management Specialist. As a writer, manager, and IA, Steve worked in the trenches, helping teams to create effective, useable, and reusable content.  As a DITA Architect and Content Strategy consultant, he helped clients solve their content issues, from content and metadata models, to tools selection and implementation.  As an Information Architect, he helped Fortune 500 companies develop analytics strategies and quality plans for technical documentation.  Steve helped break new ground in structural content, reuse, and enterprise content management with The Rockley Group, as a contributing author of Enterprise Content Management (First Edition), DITA 101, and as a member of the DITA Technical Committee.
