Marilyn Woelk

Marilyn is the owner and president of Wingz Creative and Technical Group, Inc. She is experienced in business and communications consulting, process improvement, and project management for marketing communications, training, and documentation projects. She has worked with clients such as the Xerox Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Fujifilm USA, and many others. Some of her previous presentations include Content is Money: How Communicating the Right Information Solves Business Issues (Summit), Your Contribution to Job Longevity — Don’t Shoot Yourself! (Summit), Getting, Keeping, and Excelling at a Job (Spectrum), Dealing with Contracts, Clients, and Subcontractors (STC virtual conference), and many others.

Marilyn is an STC Associate Fellow and was previously a Summit program chair, SIG manager, chapter president (Rochester), Spectrum Conference co-chair, and Distinguished Chapter Service Award winner within the society. She is married to Ben (a previous society president). They have two charming adult children, four perfect grandchildren, and a cute but feisty chocolate Lab.
