Gavin Austin is a Principal Technical Writer at salesforce.com, where he writes everything from UI text to API developer guides. Since 2008, he has delivered a number of highly rated presentations at Agile2013, Writers UA, STC Summits, Intelligent Content Conference, CMS/DITA North America, Blue Shield of California, and San Francisco State University. He serves as the VP of Public Relations for Salesforce Toastmasters, and he has won 1st place speech contests among 37 San Francisco clubs. At Salesforce, Gavin coaches writers, managers, and developers before they go onstage at conferences.
