Jason Tham

Dr. Jason Tham is an award-winning scholar and researcher who teaches technical communication and user experience research at Texas Tech University. His publications have appeared in STC Technical Communication, IEEE Transaction on Professional Communication, Journal of Business and Technical Communication, and other scholarly journals. He is author of the forthcoming book, Design Thinking in Technical Communication: Solving Problems through Making and Collaboration (Routledge).
